What we need from you
Login details for your current hosting control panel, and the domain or domains involved. That is usually the whole of it. If your current host has locked you out, or the site exists only as a backup file, say so — we have done both before.
Larger than five sites or 20 mailboxes, or an application rather than a website? Still ask. The limits above describe the standard transfer, not the boundary of what we will do; tell us roughly how much there is and we will give you a realistic window.
