Is this worth booking?
It is worth booking if you have a hosting account and are not sure what to do with it — the session is 45 minutes of one-to-one time with somebody who sets these up daily, and you set the agenda. It is aimed at people building their first site, or inheriting one somebody else built.
It is not the right thing to book if something is broken. Faults are support's job, not training's, and support is included with your hosting at no charge —open a ticket instead and we will fix it. Migrating an existing site is also not this: we move sites across free of charge, as a separate service.
Sessions are booked by arrangement rather than through the cart, soget in touch and we will find a time. You can book one for a brand new hosting account or apply it to an account you already have.
